I'm Hyatt, and I run Home Comfort Solutions because I got tired of watching the big HVAC brands treat people like ATMs. I answer my own phone, show up personally, and fix what's broken instead of pushing a replacement you don't need. Pedro and I handle most calls ourselves, and if your system can be repaired, we repair it.

We work all over Magnolia and the surrounding area, usually showing up the same day you call. I've claimed warranties for customers stuck in the runaround, replaced coils after lightning strikes, and fixed furnaces other companies said were toast. Amazing people! Pedro and Hyatt came out to take a look at my furnace because of it making a loud rattling noise. They were both very nice, communicated well and fixed it rather than pressuring me to replace the furnace even though it is very old. Great company!

How fast can you get here for an emergency?

I've shown up in 10 minutes and had AC running again in 30. Most emergency calls get a same-day response, often within the hour. I answer my own phone, so you're talking directly to the person who's coming out.

Will you try to sell me a new system when mine can be repaired?

No. If your system can be fixed, I fix it. I've repaired furnaces and AC units other companies wanted to replace, and customers save thousands. I only recommend replacement when it actually makes financial sense.

Do you handle warranty claims?

Yes. I research your warranty, file the claim, track down the parts, and deal with the manufacturer so you don't have to. I've gotten customers new coils and compressors they didn't know were covered.

What if my insurance company is stalling after damage?

I've worked through lightning strike claims and other insurance headaches. I get your system running while the paperwork drags on, and I document everything so your claim has teeth.

Do you work on older systems?

Absolutely. I've fixed furnaces and AC units decades old that still have years of life left. If parts are available and the repair makes sense, I do it.
